Homemade Gluten-Free Vegan Tortilla Chips.
I thought today would be a great day to tell you how easy it is to make healthy Tortilla Chips as it’s National Tortilla Chip Day!
Yes! You heard me Tortilla chips can be made health… Well healthyish
Ingredients
Bfree Wraps (or any other GFV wraps)
Fry Light Spray
Mexican Spices; Chilli Flakes, Paprika, Cumin, Coriander, Garlic, Onion Powder (obviously use this to your taste – if you are not a fan of spice use less chilli or paprika for example.)
Method
Preheat your oven to 150 degrees.
Mix together your spices.
Cut the Bfree wrap with scissors into 8 triangles (the same way as you would cut a pizza)
Spray a large baking tray with Fry Light Spray.
Lay the triangles on the baking tray.
Sprinkle the triangles with the Mexican Spice mix.
Bake in the over for 2 minutes. Checking constantly. Take out, turn over spray & spice them again. Bake in the over for 2 minutes. Checking constantly.
Serve with dips – I would suggest one wrap if enough for one person.
