Perkier Peanut Quinoa Bar

I love Perk!er… It is one of the brands I stay loyal to, so loyal in fact that you will often find me stuffing my face with one of their delicious bars. I have blogged about their other bars previously. I loved their debut range of goodies & I couldn’t believe my luck when they made a Coconut & Chia Bar. Coconut is one of my favourite flavours, so I was over the moon about this bar, however there is one more flavour I adore over Coconut, PEANUT! I love peanuts, peanut butter, peanut flavoured goodies. It is every Vegans staple (along with bananas of course). Any person that says they don’t like Peanut Butter, well they’re weird & if they’re Vegan we have been known to shun them from the community (jokes, Vegans are the most compassionate people don’t you know).

So with this love of Peanuts & all things Nutty I was overjoyed when I saw Perk!er new addition; Peanut Quinoa Bar. This bar is seriously tasty, natural & full of the goodness of protein & vitamin E!

Combines air-roasted peanuts, creamy peanut butter & crispy quinoa puffs to deliver a delicious taste, crunchy texture & a burst of nutritious energy.

This Bar tasty like Peanut Butter & nothing else, just yummy peanut butter. I’m not surprised as it’s packed with 26% Peanuts as well as extra Peanut Butter. It also has a great crunchy & chewy texture, I think this is down to the Raisins & Dates for the chewiness & they Sunflower Seeds, Soya Crunch Protein, Quinoa & of course those big chucks of Peanuts. This bar suits me perfectly as I am constantly trying to improve my protein intake, & everything about it is yummy too, I think they may have out done themselves this time.
